Larry M. Tucker
President & General Manager

The company is directed by Larry Tucker, who has over 35 years experience in the Oil & Gas and Telecommunications industries. He has personally managed projects ranging from 5 to 500 miles in length and encompassing all geographic regions of the United States. His extensive pipeline knowledge not only allows him to effectively handle problems as they arise but to also anticipate problems, thus saving clients both time and money.

Larry is a hands-on manager and personally coordinates all departments to assure projects are completed according to client’s specifications. He remains in close contact with clients and all principals as projects progress.

Brian Anglen
Manager - Survey Services

Our survey department is managed by Brian Anglen, who is both an accomplished surveyor and mapper. His mapping abilities allow him to see survey data from a mapping perspective, thereby giving him the unique advantage of foreseeing problems in the field before data is supplied to the mapping office. Brian’s work history involves over 5,000 miles of Preliminary and As-Built pipeline and telecommunication surveys.

Since joining LT Mapping in 2000, Brian has assembled a team of seasoned surveyors who are knowledgeable about what it takes to perform a successful survey and provide the mapping department with sufficient information for preparing comprehensive finished drawings.

Brian is a Certified OQ Trainer and Evaluator, a Certified Red Cross Instructor and has received extensive Railroad Safety training.

Tracy Cowart
Drafting Supervisor / Quality Control

Our mapping department is managed by Tracy Cowart. Since joining LT Mapping in 1998, Tracy has personally worked on or managed nearly every project completed by our company and is conscientious about meeting clients’ expectations and deadlines. He has practical field experience that allows him to see the project up close in order to effectively communicate with clients and other departments involved. Tracy coordinates with various agencies and departments for quality control.

Tracy is experienced in GIS applications, GPS survey, data-point extraction, automated alignment sheet generation and data management. He is well-versed in both pipeline and telecommunications mapping procedures and applications.

In addition, Tracy holds degrees and achievements from the following:

Cheryl Tucker
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

As co-founder of the company, Cheryl brings over 30 years administrative and managerial experience to the company.  She is responsible for Financial Planning, Contract Administration, Marketing and Philanthropy and manages the Office Support Staff, along with Accounts Receivables and Human Resources.

Cheryl works closely with all departments and strives to ensure clients receive the same care and consideration from office staff as they receive from the survey and mapping staff.
