Williams Communications – Tulsa, OK

1998 – Present

  • Houston – Atlanta: Recreate over 570 drawings along Transco Pipeline Route. Project length approximately 711 miles. Rebuilt landbase with ownership, showed as-built locations to existing pipelines and all as-built data for 2 fiber optic cables.
  • Kansas City – Chicago: As-built mapping of various road routes to Chicago P.O.P. site. Route was approximately 215 miles in length.

  • Puyallup to Seattle:  Mapping and survey approximately 40 miles utilizing public rights-of-way.  Provide utility research, prepare permit and construction drawings.
  • Atlanta to Chicago: Mapping and survey for a segment from Tennessee/
    Kentucky state line to Louisville, KY, approximately 200 miles in length, utilizing public right-of-way, railroad right-of-way, and pipeline right-of-way.
  • Segment from Louisville, KY to Cincinnati, OH approximately 100 miles in length, utilizing public right-of-ways, railroad right-of-ways, and pipeline right-of-ways.
  • Segment from downtown Atlanta POP to a point approximately 20 miles out from POP site.  Public right-of-way entire route.
  • Houston to Los Angeles:  Mapping and survey for a segment from San Antonio to El Paso, TX.  Route approximately 530 miles in length, utilizing Interstate
    I-10 and I-20.  Route abandoned due to Texas D.O.T.  New route selected by Williams Co. utilizing right-of-way along U.S. Hwy 90 and Union Pacific Railroad for route between San Antonio and El Paso.  Route consisted of approximately 552 miles.
  • New Orleans to Tallahassee:  Mapping and survey for project segment from Mississippi/Alabama state line to Alabama/Florida state line, approximately 90 miles. 
  • Mapping and survey of a 40 mile segment from DeFuniak Springs to Ebro, Florida. 
  • Prepared Corps of Engineers drawings and drawings for state-owned waters in the State of Louisiana.
  • Miami to Tallahassee:  Mapping and survey for a segment from Tallahassee to Perry, Florida.  Route approximately 90 miles in length.
  • Houston, TX to Manassas, VA:  Posting of as-built fiber optic information, approximately 1,300 miles along Transco Pipeline right-of-way.
  • As-built mapping of 19 miles of fiber optic cable located in metropolitan Houston.
  • As-built mapping of fiber optic routes at Atlanta, GA, Spartanburg, SC, Butler, AL, and Liberty, TX, totaling approximately 82 miles.

CommTech Engineering - Brookhaven, MS

  • 190 miles of preliminary survey and mapping of Fiber Route in Maryland, Delaware and Pennsylvania for AT&T and PF Net joint build, utilizing existing AT&T right-of-way and public right-of-way.

Schmidt Consulting - Scottsdale, AZ

1998

  • Prepared legal plats for site acquisition for approximately 25 cellular tower sites in and around Salt Lake City, UT.

 

Pipeline Projects

Enbridge Energy– Duluth, MN

January 2002 - Present

  • Terrace III Expansion – Construction staking and as-built survey of 110 miles of 36” pipeline. Route consisted of five separate loops between Clearbrook, Minnesota and Superior, Wisconsin. The 110 miles was broken into five segments:
    • Clearbrook 30.65 miles
    • Cass Lake 20.24 miles
    • Deer River 25.09 miles
    • Floodwood 15.66 miles
    • Wrenshall 18.06 miles

2001 – Present

  • Preliminary survey and mapping for various pipeline projects ranging from compressor site to major transmission lines. Mapping includes all permit drawings, legal property plats and alignment sheets.

Williams Energy Group - Tulsa, OK

August 1999 - Present

  • Preliminary mapping of Aspen Pipeline, a 240-mile pipeline in the state of Utah utilizing automated alignment sheet generation.
  • Relocation of pipelines due to new road and highway construction projects. Project locations in various parts of the United States.

Dynegy Midstream Services, L.P. - Houston, TX

1997 - Present

  • North Versado GIS: Convert and develop Arcview GIS System Map of 2700+ miles of gas gathering lines utilizing aerial photography in SE New Mexico.
  • Lake Charles GIS: Convert and develop Arcview GIS System Map of 500+ miles of gas gathering lines in Louisiana.
  • Lake Charles: GPS surveying and mapping of 110 miles of various pipelines located in Sabine Refuge area.
  • Versado GIS: Convert and develop Arcview GIS System Map of 1700+ miles of gas gathering lines utilizing aerial photography in SE New Mexico.
  • T-4 Permit Submittal: Prepared T-4 Permit Drawings for Texas Railroad Commission of Gas Gathering Systems located in Texas and performed updates to systems as needed.

  • Provided mapping and aerial photography for 300+ miles Gas Gathering and Transmission Lines located in Texas and Louisiana.
  • Provided mapping and aerial photography for approximately 53 plant sites ranging from 2 mile radius to 7 mile radius for risk management program.
  • Mapping and GPS survey of a 230+ mile Gas Gathering System located in and around Sherman, Texas. This was a pilot program for GIS System for corporate rollout.
  • Assisted in development of radius of exposure plan for H2S pipeline located in East Texas. Obtained latitude and longitude for all homes and business located within the radius of exposure. Radius of exposure along route encompassed an area approximately 21,000 ft. either side of route. Prepared LEQ maps showing house locations and numbers that are linked to 911 emergency call system. Established 911 call areas and traffic control points for emergency response. Provided and incorporated aerial photography for mapping and house locations.

  • Remap ONEOK Gas Gathering Systems in Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas containing over 17,000 miles of pipelines and gathering lines.
  • Provide Texas Railroad Commission T-4 Permit Drawings for systems located in Texas Panhandle.
  • Remap and combine ONEOK Gas Gathering Systems in the State of Texas.

Sulphur River Pipeline - Edgewood, TX

2000

  • Update of H2S Radius of Exposure plan for H2S System located in East Texas.

 

PowerLine Transmission Projects

Grand River Dam Authority – Pryor, OK

August 2002 - Present

  • Preliminary survey and mapping for 2 power transmission lines located in Washington County, Oklahoma. Project located within state and county right-of-ways.
